The Problem
With locations across Florida, made-to-order liquid nitrogen ice cream chain Chill-N had a unique problem to solve. Franchisees and Corporate leadership needed a way to keep up to date tabs on the status of all ice cream machines across the companies stores. What machines are broken, out of spec, or just humming along perfectly?
The Solution
My team paired with Chill-N to create an integrated dashboard designed to make a wealth of information easy to digest. A simple, color coded dashboard announces the status of every machine in the system with filters available to zoom in at the Franchise or even store level.
Simplicity carries through the UX and design from detailed notifications to charting showing any deviation from acceptable tolerances over time.
The Result
Chill-N continues to invest in technology and expand their footprint in the Southeastern United States.
