The Problem

Mosaic Foods has a simple yet important mission: to put good food on every table. Started by two longtime friends, both had grown up eating healthy, plant-based meals, but as they entered adulthood, they found that this was harder to achieve. The Mosaic team was looking to introduce new product bundles and test user flows in advance of a menu update.

The Solution

My team started worked directly with the Mosaic CMO & marketing team to collaborate on the new “Buy More, Save More”- style of offering to be added. This included defining the UX for both new and existing users, a pivotal step to ensure high conversation and a strong user experience. This streamlined approach also allowed customers to have some flexibility in their meal plans, being able to add additional options instead of being locked into one level or another. We provided numerous routes to the new plan management screens to allow the internal marketing team to test and iterate, a winning strategy.

The Result

The results have been strong. Customers have embraced the new menu bundle options and continued to love these chef-created, convenient, and delicious meals. The internal team has continued to iterate on the screens my team provided, proving it to be an effective and impactful strategy.
